He built everything from buy-here-pay-here models to eBay sales pipelines, dealer-to-dealer wholesale plays, and an online sales empire before most consultants ever touched a title.
But the real story isn’t the cars. It’s what happened when the game hit back: partnerships that collapsed, recessions, shutdowns, and losses that would’ve buried most operators. Every setback became a framework. Every scar turned into a system.
